遺言（いごん）とは
遺言（いごん）とは、死後の法律関係を定めるための最終意思の表示をいう。日常用語としては、通常、ゆいごんと呼ばれることが多く、短い書き置きなども含めて用いられることもあるが、民法上の遺言としての効力を生じるためには民法に定める方式に従わなければならない（民法960条）。
